When do I get charged?

What Gmail permissions are required?

Relay requires read and send permissions for your Gmail account. This allows Relay to monitor your inbox for customer emails, generate AI responses, and send replies through your Gmail account. All permissions are handled securely through Google OAuth, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

Will Relay send emails without approval?

On the Starter plan, auto-send is OFF by default for safety. All AI-generated drafts require your approval before sending. You can review, edit, and approve or reject each draft. On Pro and Ultra plans, you can optionally enable auto-send for faster response times, but you always have full control over this setting.
